Exhibition chairman Silvio Albini said at the press conference that although some fabric companies in Italy "have not eased over" during the economic crisis, the industry is developing strongly from a global perspective. The organizer of the exhibition said that the amount of fabrics imported from China is 26.3% of the total fabric imports.
